Our facility in Burgas Northern Industrial Zone is equipped with an IQF air-blast freezing tunnel, a liquid nitrogen cryogenic tunnel, a traditional hardwood smokehouse, salting and marinating lines, automatic stretching and packaging, skin packs and modified atmosphere packaging — all operating under strict food safety management systems.
